customers for each new qualifying heat pump or central a/c unit installed by
qualified HVAC professional.
Qualifications
·
Heat Pump or a/c
must be 14 SEER or higher and Includes an Electronically Commutative fan Motor
(ECM fan) (also referred to as a variable speed fan motor)

ARI certification

Heating system
must Include an electric heat pump w/ each heating system in home.
·
Must qualify as
an Energy Star home.
·
Rebate to builder
$450 can be assigned to home owner w/ builders approval
·
Attach copies of
documentation for the Energy Star inspections score, inspection invoice, and
the Energy Star certificate.
