Heating Troubles?
-Check to see if your filters are dirty or clogged.
-Check your breaker and make sure it is in the "ON" position.
-Is your thermostat set to "Heat" position and turned up?
-Make sure your blower door on your furnace is on properly.
-Check your propane or oil tank for fuel levels.

Air Conditioning Troubles?
-Check to see if your filters are dirty or clogged.
- If the lines are frozen your unit may have a refrigerant leak, shut it down immediately, then schedule a service call.
-Check your breaker and make sure it is in the "ON" position.
-Check the setting on your thermostat and make sure it is in "COOL" position and temperature is turned down.
**Tip** Do not run your cooling unit when the outdoor temperature is below 65 degrees as this may cause a breakdown.
